Hi, I'm Paige. President of Mack Enterprise, LLC. A hands-on earthwork and erosion control company built on grit, standards, and results. 

I completed my education and professional training through NC State's Department of Crop and Soil Sciences, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems. Throughout my degree, I spent years in the field assisting farmers, agricultural researchers, and environmentalists in tailoring solutions to their production and operational needs. 

Since graduation, I’ve taken that foundation straight into the field—protecting land, stabilizing sites, and ensuring work is done right the first time.

Although I am still "green" in this industry, my roots run deeper than my degree. Construction runs in my blood. I grew up watching my father build a career in Civil/Heavy Highway Construction, learning early what it means to show up, work hard, and take pride in what you build. That mindset is the backbone of how I run my business today. I believe in doing quality work, keeping job sites clean and safe, and building a crew culture where people are respected and held to a high standard. My team matters to me, and I expect the same level of commitment from us that we give to every project. 

At the end of the day, I’m building more than erosion control solutions—I’m building a family-run business rooted in accountability, integrity, and care for the environment and the people doing the work.
